Stop Feeling So Anxious...
Revive Your Heart..
Habits of the Heart can change our lives;
They are really simple things, but have a huge impact!
When I am having a day that just seems more chaotic;
I tend to feel anxious.
But, when I verbally in my head say to myself (Smile)
This is actually talking to myself LOL
Look, God knows exactly what is going on!
So, I am learning to just stop for a moment and
JUST BREATH...
Our hearts that were just moments ago were beating faster,
Will just start slow down and you will begin to
Feel calmer and just begin doing what you can do!
No stress,
It will just have to take as long as it has to!
I realize we all have some timelines in our days.
But it's like we are racing around doing things that
Could be done more leisurely and more mindful.
Allow yourself the freedom to enjoy what you are doing.
Everything does not have to be a race!
(I can promise you that the day will go fast enough
All on its own.)
