We Must Take Every Thought Captive...

~The Sweetness and Goodness of the Lord~

I will look for the blessings of God today!

This day may come and go without even a thought or

 An active attention to see and taste that the Lord is good.

We must be intentional in looking for His Goodness

May we remember that the Lord wants our full attention!

We have all heard the phrase; 

It just goes in one ear and out the other!

Don't allow the cares and distractions 

that will come your way today

To rob you of seeing the goodness in this day.

Troubles and just plain business will try to take over our

 minds and make us feel scattered brained.

We can't get our words out or think clearly.

We laugh and call this squirrel disorder.

But I will just sometimes just call out the name of Jesus;

Because the bottom line is this, distractions are

The enemies tool is to take our focus off a Christ like mind!

May we never forget we can call upon the name of Jesus...

We need to ask for protection over our minds 

Every single day!

We must not be lulled into a stupor,

 Follow the narrative, Do what you're told.

We are not puppets on a string, we are to follow God's

Direction and leading of the Holy Spirit!

Something will always TRY to control your mind.

That is why we are called to take EVERY thought captive.

Don't ever give up!

Press into Gods Grace and find your place under His Wings.
